Our philosophy, as coaches and personal trainers, is for our athletes to step back, look at what you can achieve and enjoy the journey. Some do not arrive with a collegiate track or swimming background. Our coaches' backgrounds are as diverse as the participants at any weekend race. We have a huge passion for the sport. We want to share our passion for fitness and what we have learned to either enhance the seasoned athlete's experience or to help others change their lives while trying something new and challenging. No one has to be a great athlete in triathlon. There are so many different types of races, from short distances to full Ironman events, everyone can find something enjoyable and challenging.
